Battery Operated Timers & Counters
We supply battery operated timers and counters for industrial and automation purposes. The batteries are lithium cell with typical lifespans of 7 years. These are often used for very simple count functions when working with a PNP sensor, or with pneumatic applications where no external electrical power is available.
Range Overview
The two 731 models shown here are both disposable items where the lithium battery cannot be replaced, the 734 with it's larger display has a renewable lithium battery. These models are panel mounted. The 4th product is DIN rail mounted and has a non-replaceable 10 year lithium battery.
48 x 24mm 8 Digit LCD 731 Series. 7mm digit height - Counter
A totalising counter often used with a single sensor and very popular in pneumatic applications. Displays 8 digits, no output, reset via front panel or external pulse. Reset can be locked out.
48 x 24mm 8 Digit LCD 731 Series. 7mm digit height - Timer
A digital timer available as hhhh:mm:ss, or hhhhhh:hh. Shows time elapsed whilst input signal connected. No output, reset via front panel or external pulse. Reset can be locked out.
72 x 36mm 8 Digit LCD 734 Series. 12mm digit height - Multifunction
The lithium battery has a typical life of 5 years with a low battery display indicating replacement required. The display can be backlit with a 10-28VDC supply although this is not necessary for function. Reset by front button or input pulse. 10 models according to function.

This is a multifunctional timer with 8 selectable timing modes as standard. The time ranges are from 0.20 secs to 999 hours. Preset as standard with SPDT contacts. 10 year battery life.
