Electromechanical Timers & Counters
Simple pulse counters with digital mechanical displays were once the industry standard, but have now been replaced as first choice by the multifunction electronic devices. We are frequently asked for replacement units or to supply small quantities of these low cost, low tech products.
Range Overview
The range can sub-divided into totalising and preset counters. Typically displays are 4,6 or 8 digit in the totalising range and 3 or 5 digits in the preset range, these have two lines of display.
55 x 28mm 6 Digit 864/866 Series 4mm Digit Height.
This front panel mount totalising counter has a 6 digit display and is available with button reset (864) or without reset (866). There are 4 models to choose from depending on voltage, 24VDC, 24VAC, 115AC & 230VAC. Standard versions are for spring attachment to the panel. Alternative versions available for screw attachment are slightly larger on the front face. 
55 x 28mm 8 Digit 868 Series 4mm Digit Height
This front panel mount totalising counter has an 8 digit display without a reset facility. There are 4 models to choose from depending on voltage, 24VDC, 24VAC, 115AC & 230VAC. Standard versions are for spring attachment to the panel. Alternative versions are available for screw attachment and are slightly larger on the front face.
55 x 53mm 3 Digit 887 Series 4mm Digit Height
This front panel mount with spring clips has 2 lines of 3 digit display. There are button reset and electrical reset options. Available either 24VDC or 230VAC. Alternative screw fixing version has a slightly larger front face.
55 x 53mm 5 Digit 886 Series 4mm Digit Height
This front panel mount with spring clips has 2 lines of 5 digit display. There are button reset and electrical reset options. Available either 24VDC or 230VAC. Alternative screw fixing version has a slightly larger front face.
Small Low Cost Electrical Counters
634 Series. 6 Digit Counters. 4mm high visual digits. DC Power Supply
A range of 6 digit non-resettable totalising counters for either PCB or panel mounting with 5VDC, 12VDC, or 24VDC supply.
634 series have high immunity against magnetic interference.
635 Series. 6 Digit Counters. 4mm high visual digits. AC Power Supply
Choose from 3 versions of these 6 digit non-resettable totalising counters, 24VAC, 115VAC or 230VAC. Panel mounting. These have high shock stability.
