Tachometers

We supply two types of tachometer: The handheld type for directly measuring a turning shaft by infra-red or physical contact; and panel mounted display types in different sizes.

Handheld Tachometer Kit

A kit of all the parts needed for handheld monitoring at speed, ideal for test, commissioning and determining.  There are 2 models to choose from, the Dynapar HT50 and the Dynapar HT100.

Panel Mounted Range

There are four models to choose from, determined mainly by size (panel front), number of digits, height of digits for visibility, avaliable power supply and outputs.

The smallest 731 (48 x 24mm) is display only, with 6 or 8 digit versions, whilst the largest 735 (96 x 48mm) with 5 large 18.5mm high LED digits will colour change on pre-set, with 1 or 2 relay outputs, NPN outputs, and optional linear interfaces.

These tachometers from the Hengstler 731, 732, 734 & 735 series are all variants of a single model.  You simply purchase the tachometer version.  Contact us for assistance when choosing a tachometer, particularly the input rate, voltage available and the function needed.  For example you may wish to display a digital value only, or digits to change colour at a pre-determined level, or for outputs to be triggered either alarm or otherwise.

The 731 series includes a battery powered option and the 734 is a standard battery operated device
